M&D's Antique Roadshow

On a recent trip to my Mom's house,
I found, appreciated or acquired the following items:

1970's brown & white Vera pillowcase. (acquired)

1950's wedding china. (appreciated)

1960's casual china dessert plates with built-in cup holder.
(admired & fondly remembered.)

My first "digital" alarm clock/radio.
Sony Digimatic. (working condition.)

I love the wedding china and the Vera pillow case. Any plans for the pc?
It is fun going shopping at the ma and pa shops. I just asked my mom the other day for 2 things I would like if no one has asked yet. Enjoy your treasures!

You need the clock radio, now!

Those old one's may be quirky and kitsch, but the best of all they don't glow red in the night while you try to sleep.

how bizarre! i have that same pillowcase! my mother gave it to me and she said "take good care of it, it's older than you are." had it on my bed last week! i had the sheet set, but well, it's old as hell and it fell apart. all that's left is the case....

I think that gracy boat would have "acquired" its way into my carry-on. :-)
