Georges Briard Obsession continued....

That first time I saw this cutie at the local thrift shop, it was labeled:
"George Bernard Glass Dish, $30"
I was torn... do I correct their spelling of his name? Nah.
Today I went back, and it was marked: " Butter Fly Plate, $3."
I snatched it.

Lucky Find....

Last saturday, minding my own business,

out for my walk, THIS stopped me in my tracks.

Then when I saw THIS, I cheered.

I kvelled!

I moaned!

I hyperventalated!

I called Jean!

I scored a set of 6, for $3.00!!!!

I had to shoot them filled with milk,

or it would be too hard to see the beautiful details.

It's unusual to see his work in this color palette.
