Oooh! Never tried it, but it certainly is a pretty color! :)
I do, however, love the platter that houses the Chinese eggplant. Beautiful, Heidi!

One of my favorite teachers in college who is a native New Yorker always spoke of "Aubergine" aka "eggplant as the fashionable color. Eggplants make me smile too, love the dish too.
