The Dreaded Eyelash Bug

AKA: House Centipede. (small-medium sized)
Click pic to see close-up.

This is the LARGE-SIZED House Centipede, which I filmed 2 years ago.
The eyelash disguise is NOT working in either of these instances.

Love the name. Laughed out loud to hear the little voice in the background pleading with mama to let it outside. I know you were thinking, "Don't bother me, kid, I'm filming."

creepy--bugs always seem to creep me out. It's always nice when they stay outside and not in one's personal space :)

These bugs survive by eating other bugs- which means if the are in your house, its because you also have bugs like spiders, cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, and/or termites. These eyelash bugs (also called house centipedes) are totally harmless and non aggressive to humans- so keep them around and sleep peacefully knowing it'll be a lot harder for the bed bugs to bite with these things on the prowl.
