My elderly parents were ill and needed some help.
This vary large painting hung in the lobby of the hospital.

I would totally stare and say WTF! Is it a picture of heaven...? What I still have to eat my fruits and veggies in heaven that sucks! I hope your parents are doing better.
I was thinking there had to be some hospital board meeting where they spent 2 hours discussing whether the diaper on the boy should be an overnight, or a pull-up. They went with pull-up.
sO... Just HOW do you decide if you want to sit under the kid in the diaper, or under the phallic tumbled fruit??

yep, i'm with the wtf crowd. probably painted by a board member's favorite relative.
WTF just really scratches the surface on this one. You need to inquire WTF is the deal with that painting with whomever is in charge. And I'm guessing that would be the husband of the voluptuous lady in green.
