Missing Mina

Sad news: Mina is being moved from a rehab hospital
to a nursing home.
Those of you who have been following my blog
for a long time know how much I'll miss her.
In fact, I keep looking over at her porch expecting to see her.

I decided to make one of these snapfish fleece
photo blankies for her.
It took 4 minutes to make it & order it online,
and only 1 day to get it here.

I hope it gives her a warm fuzzy.
Happy 98th birthday, Mina!!
We miss you,
xoh & co.

SPECTACULAR Blankie!! The thought of no more Mina stories or photos saddens me, but your blanket inspires me.

I have a niece that is doing a semester in Australia... this would be a great 'take along' - if it is VERY lightweight - IS IT?? I would REALLY appreciate your 'review' of it!!
THANKS, Sue

THIS is what I return to?! ::sniff:: I sure picked a fine time to get back into the bloggy swing of things.

I hope the Mina is OK and I'm sure that blankie must have lit her face up like a summer sky. Will she be near enough to you that the varmints can visit?
